This Privacy Policy explains what information Cyber Hardware collects when you purchase our digital PDF collection, and how it is used. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to deliver your purchase.
Information we collect
To process a purchase and deliver your files, we collect your email address and mobile number at checkout. We do not operate customer accounts, and we do not ask you to create a password.
Payment is processed by Cashfree. Your card, UPI, or bank details are entered directly with Cashfree — we never see or store them.
How we use your information
Your email is used to send your download link and order confirmation, and to respond to support requests. Your mobile number is provided to the payment gateway as required to process payment. We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We retain a minimal order record (order id, email, mobile, payment status) so we can verify purchases and re-send download links on request. You may ask us to delete your order record at any time.
Cookies & analytics
The site uses essential functionality only and does not require advertising cookies to operate. If optional analytics are enabled in future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
